The calendar maker and every file it produces are free. You may print, copy and hand out the calendars you make for personal, family, classroom, office and non-commercial organisational use.

• Selling the generated files, or offering them for download on another site, as templates, printables or part of a paid product.
• Presenting the site, its design or its calendar templates as your own.
• Automated bulk requests or anything that disrupts the site for other visitors.

Selling a printed calendar you filled in yourself for your own event, class or business is fine; reselling the blank template is not.

Notes you type belong to you. They stay in your browser and are not uploaded (see the privacy policy).

Public holidays come from open data and are provided as a convenience. Governments move holidays, add substitute days and publish regional ones that are not shown here. Confirm holidays, school terms and any date you rely on with an official source before you print.

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It may change, be unavailable or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, Blank Calendar is not liable for any loss arising from using the site or the calendars it produces, including missed dates or printing costs.
